- Age <15 or >35.
- Height <5ft.
- Uterine Malformations.
- Being Single.
- Ilicit Drugs.
- Low Socioeconomic Status.
- Hypothyroid.
- Pre-Pregnancy weight <45kg or obese.
- Incompetent cervix.
- Small pelvis.
- Smoker / Alcohol.
- No access to early prenatal care.
- Previous hx of recurrent miscarriages.
- Hyperthyroid
- Any previous complicated pregnancies (BIGGEST RISK FACTOR)

Management Plan
- High-Risk ⇒ refer to obstetrician led-care.
- Continued surveillance for high risk patients (more frequent scans).
- High Dose Folate 5mg → previous child with NTD, woman on anti-epileptic, HIV positive taking co-trimoxazole, DM, obesity, sickle cell.
- Low dose aspirin (75mg, OD) as prophylaxis for pre-eclampsia.
