Most common sites → spine (most common) > pelvis > ribs > skull > long bones

Features → bone pain, pathological fractures, hypercalcaemia, raised ALP

Treatment → pain management (radiotherpay), chemotherapy, bisphosphonates for pain (inhibit bone resorption), surgery (if pathological fractures or spinal cord compression)
