Clinical Features:
pHPT → polydipsia, polyuria, anorexia, nausea, constipation, bone pain (esp. back pain), renal stones, low mood. Majority of patients are asymptomatic.

sHPT + tHPT → symptoms related to underlying cause (ie. renal failure). Bone pain and increased risk of fractures.
