Autoimmune Hepatits → chronic inflammatory disease of the liver of unknown aetiology. Commonly affects young females.
Aetiology → idiopathic, commonly associated with other autoimmune conditions (eg. hashimoto’s, grave’s, UC, coeliac disease). HLA gene plays a role.
