Making Diagnosis
Clinical Features:
- Difficulty Breathing
- Wheezing
- Coughing (with or without mucus)
- Tightness in Chest
- SOB
Investigations:
- ACOS involves 3 features compared with COPD alone:
- more of a response to bronchodilators
- increased reversibility of airflow
- eosinophilic inflammation
- Spirometry
